Nice to meet you everyone! My Name is Lincoln Savi (31y/o from Windsor Ontario) and I make realistic 3D-printed animal models for my small business savimade.ca. I have my M.Sc in biology, and I'm also a high school science teacher. I like biology, technology, and making stuff. 🐡

3D printed and painted Ferruginous pygmy owl (Glaucidium brasilianum)

3D printed and painted common carp (Cyprinus carpio). The finished model was clear coated with two part epoxy to give it a wet-look and to make it more durable.

I'm actually going to clear coat it further with two part epoxy to better protect the paint. It will look REALLY wet when it's done.

Its purpose is to visually represent a frog. A 3D illustration.
I assume the customer will use it to teach people about frogs. I am making them a few native species of frogs and reptiles.
