Really bummed to find out that Erythritol is not as safe. Studies are showing it causes blood clotting and heart attack risks. I was so excited thinking they finally found an alternative to aspartame and sucralose…. Looks like I’ll need to find strictly 100% monkfruit sweetener or stevia and honey.
