They were right all along. Letting the roommate in my head crash out instead avoiding it actually helps with keeping it away afterwards. It hurts like hell as a teen with raging hormones, and everything feels so heavy alone. But it passes eventually, and my mind and heart feel lighter actually.

I guess stanning tsv made more impact in my life than I thought. I've no longer been hiding in the darkness or finding comfort in it, but rather I'm trying to embrace the little wins now. Sure, the past still haunts me and hits me hard ever so often, but I've been way happier than I was for 7 years
