They look like these, and I think they help control how far down you go, and they let you do a squat with less pressure on both legs since it's one leg at a time. I do them first, then the sumo squats. Twice a day.

Staycation Day Three: Lunch from Mount and Bao. I only buy the "real" stuff a couple times a year. The rest of the year I get by with Panda Express. This is delish!

Staycation Day One. Today's lunch: Shawarma Man on Lake City Way. A newer restaurant opened earlier this year. Chicken salad and hummus/pita. Very delish, highly recommend them!! I didn't get any this time, but their baklava is really good too!

Nature experts, does anybody know what kind of tree this is? In the summer, the leaves/needles are green and it looks like some type of pine tree, but this time of year, they turn orange and fall off in clumps/clusters. I have never seen any sort of pine cones on the tree before. Any ideas? Thanks!

In honor of Veterans Day, this is my grandfather, Delbert Driggers. He served in the Navy during WW2. He died when my mom was 6, so I never knew him or learned his stories, but I wish I had. Happy Veterans Day Eve to all the veterans and veteran families out there!
