playing 3 games at our regional knocked me out the moment i got home. Was very much worth it though. I had some great matches in all 3 games. The surprising thing was that Strive was the game i had the best match of the night, then i had a nail-biter of a match in Xrd.

In other news, I have an old buddy take an interest in +R, and some people actually playing VF5 (this was before the EVO announcement), DOA5LR having slight interest by 1 person, and some of our anime players trying out melty blood current code, so locals have been interesting.

Had a buddy of mine ask if I was going to EVO finally since BBCF is a main game. Where I'm at in my priorities, I know how much grinding I'll need to do in order to have evenna sliver of a chance to confirm in that gauntlet of a tournament, and i don't have the drive for that anymore

There's irony in the fact that SFV has more character specific individuality that is more present in the overall combat than SF6 (drive rush being why), so SFV has more stuff in like in FGs but it's execution makes it less fun, BUT SF6 is more stressful to play cuz of DR and DI than SFV Vtrigger.
