I'm not entirely sure, but I think it has already happened that runners-up of the Regionalliga were allowed to go up, because the champion was not granted a license for LigaZwa.

In recent years, due to licensing reasons, it has repeatedly happened that only 2 teams were actually relegated from the 2nd division. But normally, 3 teams, positions 14 to 16, are relegated. This year, it looks very much like that will be the case.

Wir haben uns das im Sommer mal aus Konsumenten-Perspektive angeschaut. Sagen wir so: Für ein Paar sind aus den zuerst versprochenen 11.000 Euro Anschaffungs- & Monatgekosten dann doch knapp 23.000 Euro geworden ...
