He was DPP from 2008 to 2012 you idiot. Bless him, he publicly admitted the CPS had systematically failed the victims under his tenure. It took Maggie Oliver to blow the whistle on the rape gangs going unprosecuted in and around Rochdale and identify failings in the CPS handling of the cases.
