In an undergrad course on Fricker the profesor asked us to imagine a world, were women or black people are in fact always lying / less trustworthy to see if that would change Frickers argument. We refused to do so because "What if the racists are right?" seemed wrong...huge discussion

Isn't this argument a bit late given the fact that the court obviously accepted the case to rule on this topic?? Seems a bit lost...

I recently interviewed an indigenous leader here in Colombia and when asked about who has the agency to end the oil extraction in their territory, he said that only his god can set an end to these oil companies.
