On this Thanksgiving Day, I just want to take a moment to say, "Thank you!". Thank you to those of you who supported me in my run for CD-27. Thank you to my husband and daughter. Thank you to all of you who embraced us. So many of you became what I hope are lifelong friends.

We held a postcard writing party during my campaign. Here are just a few of the many who stepped up and volunteered their time. I'm so grateful for good people!

Yesterday was National Prematurity Day. This amazing young lady came into the world at 30 weeks instead of 40, weighing in at 3 pounds 6oz. She is now a college senior and will graduate in May. Needles to say, I am so grateful for her doctors and the health care I was able to receive!
