Please tell me I’m not a piece of shit for not wanting to go to my SILs sprinkle for her 3rd child. We’re hosting J’s extended family on the 27th. The sprinkle is the 28th. I’m starting EMDR on tues so I know I’m going to be temperamental and overwhelmed come Xmas.
