My mother passed this morning at 8:45 also at the age of 89. If there is a heaven, I’d like to think he’s the first person she sees. She adored him. RIP Mom ❤️

Great news. But those of us from Ontario, Canada who know that Doug is a corrupt MF, would ask why he EVER signed that contract in the first place FFS! 🤦🏼♀️

Husband and I quit two weeks ago. I found reading/listening to Allen Carr’s Easiest Way to Quit Smoking really helped. I highly recommend it.

I quit for 7 years but started up again during Covid (long story). I never considered myself crafty but learning to crochet saved me the first time & is helping lots now. Also found meditation playlists on Spotify that helped on those really rough days.
