They are just getting bribes and money from “cartels” that pay them the most money. Pardoning some, killing off the innocents that are forced to transport, to get money from Venezuela cartels. It’s just mob threats in full display.

How many Jesus Saves signs did you see in the run down towns. Good luck finding RV park openings for a night. Full of permanent trailers where whole families live. So sad how the US has left so many people behind.

I’m so so sorry. I heard of a small business that makes fun party card games and puzzles. They were doing great. To move manufacturing to the US, they could only afford the game boxes. No cards no puzzle pieces. They are losing everything.
