Yup. As a New Yorker. I live in a wealthy neighborhood in NYC in a tiny apartment, but I see it. They’re in the pockets of wealthy Wall Street hedge fund managers! I called Schumer and Gillibrand so many times to vote NO. They don’t care about us little people who voted for them!

He didn’t even listen to his constituents. He himself doesn’t support representative democracy! It’s abhorrent.

He is my Senator and he didn’t listen to our pleas beforehand! He’s not going to listen now! We need new leadership! I wish his term didn’t have 4 more years! 😭

One set of my grandparents were Holocaust survivors, and my other grandpa helped liberate the camps for the US. This chills me to my bones!! How anyone can not see it is terrifying!
