I've still never visited Minneapolis but @lauragmitchell.com your posts make me consider checking it out! Just need to figure out when I'd be able visit, it's hard to find the time. The dwindling number of people my age in walkable areas is sad in Boulder :(

I struggled with the 23rd Street Greenstreet in Goss Grove today. I ended up biking on the sidewalk to 19th, getting off to walk across the streets; thankfully pedestrians were kind. Tomorrow I’ll walk again because it was impossible. The warm weekend can’t come soon enough!

180 new central Boulder apartments go to Planning Board Tues. Oct. 8, 2024 – Boulder Housing Network
On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, Planning Board will consider a concept plan for a mixed use development with retail and 183 rental housing units on a 1.5 acre site on the east side of Folsom between Walnut Street and Canyon Blvd. Right now, the sites (1840 Folsom and 1844 Folsom) are occupied by a 1 story and 3 story office building, each with surface parking.
