Shawn Jackson, told a FOX 9 reporter at the scene his children were hurt when a flash bang detonated nearby. He says the blasts were strong enough to set off his vehicle's air bags.

My eye doctor told me about that after he saw OTC in Europe. He did order it for me and I paid a co-pay. I didn't like it, its oil based and make my eye makeup run, no big improvement over Blink.
