Feeling so rich right now with our pepper harvest so far. Other than roasted pepper pesto, salsa, taco sauce, freezing and preserving, what else could we do with these riches?

Death is all around us. Such as the burning of a large desert area that killed several Saguaros who had been around way over 100 years. They're not build to withstand fire. now their death will nurture life all around them. They house and feed so much life. There's life everywhere. Even in death.

For all of you who are flooded with New Years wishes, old year summaries or overwhelmed by all the things still left to do today, here is a minute of silence in the presence of a human being.

May 2026 be kind to you, my fellow humans.

Sometimes, just feeling an emotion helps. I can't make others pay attention while driving or drive more carefully. I can only do that myself, be aware that others aren't and let my anger be anger.
