@listenbrainz.org
#ListenBrainz keeps tracks of what music you listen to and provides you with insights into your listening habits. A open source, ethical and open data project by @metabrainz.
Indeed, LB does not know what's in your collection, and makes playlists based on what other users listen to.

However we've been working on a project to make playlists based on your own collection for that reason: ListenBrainz local

If you want to try it out:

Hello!
A small correction: you don't need to subscribe to troi-bot to get weekly recommendations playlists, those are generated automatically.

Following troi-bot will get you *daily* recommendation playlists which we think is a bit too much for the average user.

Thanks for the article!

Hi!
Best I can suggest for ListenBrainz is to subscribe to the atom feed (weekly playlists, top albums, album art grids, etc.) and use a service that transfers those to email.
Found a few after a quick search for "atom feed to email", but can't recommend one in particular.
Look for this icon:

Hey did you know that we have little widgets for this?

If you are technically inclined you can add this in an iframe to your website:
listenbrainz.org/user/YOUR_US...

And one for your most recent pin, for example:
listenbrainz.org/user/mr_monk...

We're going to make them easier to find soon™
