Cheesecake I made for Thanksgiving :3 (recipe in alt text)

Alr here ya go: Ingredients For the Crust: 1½ cups biscotti cookie crumbs ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted For the Cheesecake Filling: 16 oz cream cheese, softened ¾ cup granulated sugar ½ cup butterscotch syrup 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract For the Whipped Cream Topping: 1 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Directions Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a springform pan. Make the crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool slightly. Make the filling: Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in the butterscotch syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour over the crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours. Make the topping: Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Spread over the chilled cheesecake. Serve chilled. Nutritional Information Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cooking Time: 35 minutes | & Total Time: 6 hours (including chilling) A little slice taken out of the butterscotch cheesecake to show the layers!!!
