we’re now at the point where temperatures in Melbourne in January mean it is no longer a suitable venue for a Grand Slam event. Why are we putting players and spectators through this?

Surely this will create a gap in the market for someone? Especially working in partnership with local authorities which Zipcar did (at one stage, possibly not after Avis takeover).
