Happy New Year! I’ll be taking a break from writing new posts this month, but never fear, there will still be a Daily Classical Music Post! This January, I’ll be sharing some DCMPs from Januarys in the past. And stay tuned for a whole new theme in February! First posted January 2014 Who knew that Francis Poulenc (1899–30 January 1963), Jean-Pierre Rampal (1922–20 May 2000), Butterfly McQueen (1911–22 December 1995), and Charles Addams (1912–29 September 1988) all shared the same birthday, 7 January?

We verbazen ons over Trump, maar nog geen 24 uur later volgt Nederland. Zojuist stemt de Kamer voor het aanmerken van Antifa als terroristische organisatie.

1) The EU-US 'trade deal' shows the lack of a proper corps diplomatique in Brussels mainly due to German/NL/Scandi influence. This is a loss for the EU and a win for the US. No risk was taken and the largest economic power was defeated by fear of a trade war not the war itself.
