Hi, thank you for posting this. It was such a favorite of Sylvia's, she recorded it & made it the title cut of her 2002 released album. Sadly, it was delayed a few years due to the label folding. But she was able to buy it from them - A Christmas music miracle. 🎵 😀

Hi, thank you for posting this. It was such a favorite of Sylvia's, she recorded it & made it the title cut of her 2002 released album. Sadly, it was delayed a few years due to the label folding. But she was able to buy it from them - A Christmas music miracle. 🎵 😀

I'd like to make a correction & clear up some confusion. Billboard's AC chart changed its list throughout the years. It included the Top 40 songs 1984 thru 1986. Changing back to the Top 50 in 1987.

I went to see Sylvia sing after my dog died. She sang a song, w/the words, “Oh & nobody's got to tell me, what it is, what it is I feel, & nobody's got to sell me on a love that I know is real.” While I was listening in pure amazement, I thought - “Wow! This song is helping to heal my broken heart".

I certainly didn't want to leave out these Sylvia albums. Last year Sony Music Entertainment released all of her RCA albums for streaming and downloads, including the "Knockin' Around" album that had been locked in the archives for nearly 38 years. I'm so happy to finally have it in my collection!
