to show ian that someone would choose and use FATE, turning it into good thing, not to ruin him, but to embrace him.

The polar opposite dynamics are getting more and more glaring
January 24, 2026 at 5:29 AM
It's slowburn & it hurts of course for people who like Jo, and ian is still hiding a lot of things from him.. And it feels frustrating for JOIAN for now, and everything in between bc Ian's still handling his"bad fate"

But Joseph is persistent, he's persistent puppy top so I know he'd do something

Again I trust you doyak, please I know it would be tough road for joian, and I hope this closure thing will be well written as the most realistic in BL history @dkbyak.bsky.social 🩵💜

and untangled his guilt one by one, to show him that fate doesn't make him ruin the people he love. Someone else's instead blaming fate because he chose that fate to drag Ian into ruin.

this chapter is actually so suffocating, I read it with my friend and we both think if I were Ian, we'd both have reaction in some kind of like

"You let me destroy myself for a version of you that didn’t exist"

But it's good, I feel like you slowly try to undo Ian's self guilt mindset

It feels tiring as even the author is playing push and pull with both sides still, but will I still continue reading this manhwa? Yeah. Even if there's a negative feeling lingering in my mind about how all the seeds from previous seasons would be revealed in this last season
January 12, 2026 at 6:09 PM
to be in Jo's world or to drag jo to accept him the way it is. There's still so many fuel and foreshadowing within joians that haven't yet being addressed, so I expect this season probably has more chapters.

IF jo is the end game, half assed development for their dynamic without supporting explicit narrative can cause readers to see jo as tool and just rebound. But if you read sharply thru psychological (which's not all readers could interpret it thru that lense) then it's obvious he felt inner conflict

Ian you'll be happy soon with your Jo. I trust the author's narrative writing @dkbyak.bsky.social 🫶🏻 i love how you realistically write the recognizing/transitioning/withdrawal/healing about addiction

like when tj mentioned Joseph's name Ian's immediately said "I'm here right now with YOU because of this" trying to make it as if tj solely his reason, not jo. Then he suddenly talked about TJ's scar and then his leg while previously acting like a "savior" saying "let's start over, just quit"
January 7, 2026 at 9:52 PM
Ian expecting Jo to hate him, to maybe be mad at him but when they reunited... As always Jo's gentle, and ian was trying so hard to keep his cool.

We'd see his emotional state explicitly soon...
January 7, 2026 at 9:52 PM
Something that he's been ignored for years and years. And it's the Joseph's name effect. And when he met big teddy, he said his reason in ambiguous way.

He wants to make it as if Jo's not important so the gang or anyone who has grudge on him wouldn't target Joseph.
January 7, 2026 at 9:52 PM
but my god. When he met Jamie, he mentioned about tj even though his inner monologue talking about jo, when he met tj in toilet and tj mentioned Joseph's name– ian subconsciously/on purpose, trying to distract tj into talking about different topic but TJ noticed it. Ian even brought up TJ's scar.
January 7, 2026 at 9:52 PM
Ian literally make it as if Jo's not important so those people wont attack jo, so those people would think jo doesn't matter and even it works because a lot of readers also see it as Jo doesn't really matter for Ian.
January 7, 2026 at 9:52 PM
he'd kinda hate himself again... I know a lot of bl readers often read bl thru "porn bl lense" without delving much. But I'm actually almost crying reading the chapter when Ian left jo, then went to jamie, then met tj (relapsing), then going to Big teddy
January 7, 2026 at 9:52 PM
during that conversation, it's not truly Ian asking TJ to start over, it's bc he knows what would happen what's the answer it's one of his "closure" moment. And after knowing TJ leaves the gang, Ian's reaction would sho how much he's changed way before the toilet.
January 5, 2026 at 10:16 AM
Rather than explicit confession, doyak would make readers see Ian's thinking, why orion affected his orbit, and showcase that he's already being affected way before his confrontation with TJ in the toilet.

And tj leaving gang, would empathize the point of Artemis testing his emotional point for TJ
