That means strong environmental standards for water use, pollution, and noise. No draining our aquifers for server cooling. Protections so these facilities don’t drive up energy costs for everyone else. And no taxpayer subsidies for companies that can buy and sell entire towns.

Yes, data centers can bring jobs and activity. But if the wealthiest corporations in the world want to operate here, they need to pay ALL the costs.
