I hate that I’m a unstable person mostly lots of mood swings down the rabbit hole I go as I can’t handle simple things in life right now and fall apart when will it all just be washed away so I can return back to my normal stable self once again…. I’m not sure anymore as I go through the motions

I am so happy to be alive and healthy, for the most part other then being overweight by 30 pounds once again, I have so much to be grateful for in my life.
