20 years ago, before fast internet, a friend of mine used to get movie DVDs by mail. Every year at holidays the DVDs would arrive shattered. He found out why: some holiday temp worker was putting DVDs through the First Class Mail machine (for letters), which wraps them around a 10-inch drum. 🤷🏼
