I think it's just an awful headline. He's loathsome, but his actual comments were more along the lines of "it's good for me if we care about whether it's constitutional, because they'll have to buy my tech to make sure they're staying on the right side of the line."

At some point in Spring Training I looked it up and their position players' combined service time was less than Verlander's. (Pitchers weren't much more but Alcantara messed it up.)

The other answers are probably right but I hope you also got some mileage out of "A zero mana artifact that sacrifices to add three mana of any color" and "A two-mana instant that gives you an extra turn."

Yeah, they sure do. I'm always torn with the teams just soaking up risk-free revenue sharing profits and not trying, like Miami or Pittsburgh - would love for the fans and the players to taste success, but would love for the owners to lose every game and have to sell.
