@catwif3.bsky.social interestingly it does cross the bridge to fediverse; it's very easy for me to see here. On some clients it shows next to the images by default.

Though, I do see alt text from my friends who are bridged FROM bluesky. So possibly it's a limitation on bluesky's end?
