If you are following the City Council comprehensive plan process, there is talk of neighborhood centers. These identified centers are integral to the comp plan. They build upon organically occurring areas of services/ more types of housing & give them space to thrive throughout Seattle.

WA's elevator code reform bill, SB 5156, has it's first hearing this Friday.

It's a brand new idea and will need the support of experts who can explain why it matters for creating accessible, small-scale apartment buildings.
