A whole lot of terrible ideas were on the table when the DSA was drafted. EU lawmakers REJECTED THEM. Meanwhile the U.S. and other countries keep proposing or enacting them. They include crude filtering mandates, takedown w/o notice, & restricting "lawful but awful" speech. 3/
