If you're looking for a GREAT investment in Italy I think Bosa in Sardinia is one of the best! This town is really just getting discovered.

If you're looking for a GREAT investment in Italy I think Bosa in Sardinia is one of the best! This town is really just getting discovered by tourists so buying a rental property here would be very smart. Or for a personal home, it's likely the property prices will only go up! It's in excellent condition and in a prime location within this picturesque village. This home is within cycling and possibly walking distance to the sea and the drive to Alghero (where there's an international airport) is one of the most beautiful in the world in my opinion. The town is not only very charming but quite magical with colorful homes set on a hillside overlooking the river and coast and crowned by a castle. There are also several eclectic shops and vibrant restaurants, and the people are very friendly! The renovated cellar/taverna in this home is super cool and (as we learned from an older man talking to us from his balcony one day when we were there) possibly originally used to house animals.
