Basically at the end of the game, Kastelic was gonna lay a small hit on Lilleberg (was kinda late, I'll give you that) but Lilleberg cross checked him in the face, then when Kastelic fought him he slammed his head into the ice. No room for that in hockey.

I use this program called DDPYoga. It's a workout but it's based in yoga positions. Been doing wonders for my flexibility.
