@britishmuseum.bsky.social Would you ever considered a discounted out-of-town membership? I live in Cumbria so can only get down 2 or 3 times a year and each trip involves an expensive train ticket…. I’d love to be able to attend some of the online events.

I do wish museums would have ‘no photography’ days when you could enjoy an exhibition/gallery without being made to feel like you are in the way of all those who seem to have come to photograph the exhibits rather than look at them.
