Spent Sunday sampling the home brew (a mead, pyment specifically).

It’s Mother’s Day, and while I’m grateful for the lovely, relaxing day I had with my DH & daughter, my heart is missing pieces. It’s so hard to holds space for the memories of my lost son, and the two dogs that crossed the rainbow bridge before I was ready to say goodbye.

Does anyone else struggle to stay hydrated in the cooler months? I know I do and it’s because I hate drinking cold water, but don’t know what to do about it. Is it weird to just drink hot water? I don’t want to be drinking tea/coffee/hot chocolate either, unnecessary extra calories.
