Anyone out there currently writing good stuff on the free exercise rights of children? Or, the religious autonomy of children more generally? In the US, preferably, but I'm open to stuff from anywhere.

If you want to know how much these groups care about immigrants, read the briefs they submitted in Trump v. Hawaii.
All they cared about was that the opinion not strengthen the Establishment Clause.

I recall reading an article on a conservative site (I think ADF) that said religious-right-to-abortion cases should fail under Smith-- as @micahschwartzman.bsky.social & @richschragger.bsky.social predicted.
I can't find it now and know ADF removes articles. Does anyone else remember/have this?
