1) BEAUTIFUL. 2) Great question...seems like a tradeoff: proximity to the highway (good & bad), and proximity to the river (so good). Given that 5-6 x/summer we're choked by Canada fires, there's no guarantee of good air any time. 3) What a mid-century DREAM. 4) What will you do with ALL THAT SPACE?
