What does DEl stand for? DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION. DEl doesn't mean ur not qualified for the job. It doesnt mean ur only hired becuz ur a woman, person of color, vet or gay! It means they can't discriminate against u becuz of those things! We r NOT treated equally, that's why this is needed.
