Prof Pete Biller at York was a wonderful tutor - so kind, twinkly and supportive. He did copying for us on the dept machine which undergraduates were banned from, bought the class hot chocolate in breaks, went on marvellous rants about movies be loved/hated and threw excellent house parties!

Absolutely. I only met her once at a guest lecture she gave in York when I was an undergraduate and she was so lovely - warm, kind and encouraging
