i feel like i give people too much credit. not everyone wants to learn about fitness and different exercises like i do. also they are litrally paying to be told HOW to workout...but then AGAIN again why pay me to tell you if you don't listen

and then that client got annoyed at me for THEIR not paying attention... but then again maybe i shouldn't do that type of workout that way? idk.

i was doing a timed circuit workout (45 on 15 off) & al was doing the hip abd/adduction machine. i said "halfway" at the halfway point both times & one clients switched, but one client kept going. threw off the whole circuit.
