I found a mini brachiosaurus 🦕 #inverts

Aw it’s cute, thanks for sharing! I found a big one last year, but it wasn’t as fuzzy :)

A very large type of scruffy puffball mushroom grows on a field of grass. It’s kind of egg-shaped, is covered in pointed warts and has a light beige color. Blurred trees in the far background.

I found nature’s tribble ♡

The cutest, fluffiest ball of bright green moss is leaning against a thick, vertical branch on a forest floor covered in brown leaf duff.

A classic 🍄

The classic Amanita muscaria, a mushroom with a bright red hemispherical cap and a thick white stipe, is growing through a bed of pine needles and moss on a forest floor. There’s only one tiny white wart left on top of the cap and a few around the bottom border (remnants of the universal veil).

Went to the forest yesterday and found some cute mushrooms, saw two red squirrels circle around each other high up in a tree and listened to frogs in a pond. It was good :)

Wow unusual, I think it could be mold growing on a resinous polypore. Apparently when they’re young, they can ooze amber-colored droplets of liquid.

Excited about some of the Nintendo Direct announcements! I never finished Mario Galaxy 2, so I’d be fun to revisit and complete it. The Galaxy amiibos are cute (and big!), love Rosalina and the Lumas. And a new Yoshi game, which looks and sounds adorable, very Yoshi’s Island :)
