Just got my yearly mammogram. If applicable, I hope you’re able to get yours too. I’ve graduated to an additional ultrasound because momma gave me dense tissue. The amount of lotion was obscene. Like if I tripped and fell forward I would just keep sliding until a wall or a curb stopped me 😂

Let it be known, I have a blanket “ef all the way off” when I engage with the news going forward. That’s my new normal. Assume that’s how I wake up.

That way I don’t have to react to every asinine yet cruel thing that is said or enacted by these clowns. (Apologies to the clown community.)

Oh, good night. I am finally catching up to some writing deadlines and I feel the weight instantly lifting. It's nice. Maybe I should remember this feeling more often.

Wondering why I was getting a prolonged stink eye from a man while I was getting breakfast. Then I saw he was wearing a “try that in a small town” shirt and it all made sense 😒 I would say, “so it begins” but ever since race was constructed as an excuse to colonize and oppress did it ever not go on.
