This truly isn’t the direction we would prefer to go as our resident’s, employees and community depend on us and we take this very seriously

Unfortunately we have already decided to close if these cuts go through - at this stage in our lives and in our business, we just don’t have the energy to face all of the current challenges (increased costs, effects of tariffs, lack of labor force in our rural area etc etc etc).

Believe me in 28 years of being in business in rural PA we have seen it all but have remained very committed to our residents, employees and community

If the cuts to Medicare and SS go through this will affect our residents ability to pay their very reasonable rates
