We were delighted to present at the @lnnmhomeless.bsky.social conference about our harm reduction work and SWERVE's hostel outreach programme.

Collaborating with nurses helps build trust between our community and healthcare providers, ensuring more people access the lifesaving care they may need.

The London Joint Working Group (LJWG) representing the Hackney Harm Reduction Hub with Dr Saket Priyadarshi and Gillian Ferguson from the Thistle Safer Drug Consumption Facility, Glasgow. @dolorescunniffe.bsky.social was made very welcome. We are outside the 'Chat Room' - language is important.
