While I was still concentrating heavily on Yellowstone—visiting multiple times per year—I was branching out: Ecuador, the Great Bear Rainforest, South Africa.
Inevitably what drew me to certain places was the diversity of wildlife. I relished new experiences, even in familiar destinations. (3/)
