Grijalva: I was looking at the example of now-Representative Walkinshaw from Virginia, who was elected two weeks ago Tuesday. The following Wednesday—less than 24 hours later—he was sworn in, with unofficial results.

So sick of people lazily insulting him by calling him some variation of overweight. You don't even have to get creative to insult him in a million ways that don't further the body shaming (mostly) women have been victim to for decades. It's not about him, it's about US.

Hear us out: words matter. We can insult him in 1947 ways without commenting on his weight. Plenty of people on the side of the USA, like us, will feel words like this apply to them too, and so will be a party to you using these words as insults. Be more creative.
