this bitch had a $3500 dough sheeter that only i and one other employee knew how to use but told me she didn't want to pay to get the BAKERY proper bins and scoops for flour and sugar. they use BUCKET CAMBRIOS. THAT ONLY HOLD HALF A BAG OF FLOUR AT A TIME
