I don't expect anything to happen, given how many other laws they're breaking, plus violations of the Constitution.

Just keep notes and evidence and wait for 2029. US prosecutors tend to pile on as many charges as they can in the hope that some will stick, so either charge them now in state court or wait for 2029 and hope that whoever takes over will pave the way to make them all answer for what's happening now.

I don't consider ICE to be an emergency service. They have very limited powers in law.

At some point his misinformation is going to collide with the 2nd Amendment rhetoric and someone is going to react to ICE in a way that will result in major escalation. Immunity doesn't help you if you're dead, same as having right of way crossing a street doesn't help you if a truck doesn't stop.

Coming from somewhere that had a similar national policy, I have no problem with such a rule. It is your responsibility to ensure your ballot is received before close of polls. Of course, that was a country with a functioning postal service, not a DeJoyed one.

Start from the bottom, non-profit and reasonable charges per hour for labour and equipment use. How much are we already contributing to the system, what are the hidden costs (such as lower efficiency due to ill health) that could also be removed?

But there was no action taken against those who created the situation, so they effectively got away with it (except in Iceland). Let the banks go bust and compensate people, not just give the money to the banks to stop them going bust.
