We are not that far away from an age when equatorial places will be less fit for human habitation, and migration away from the equator will increase. With the violence being shown to people migrating North now, the people who have to move in the future will expect and be ready for violence.

Congress has never stopped a president from committing a war crime. I also belief that congress has never held a president accountable for a war crime.

In fact, Congress has repeatedly prevented Int'l community from holding US leaders accountable

Sadly, Nixon Clinton, both Bushes and Obama handed him all the precedent he needed. And except for W, they did it without congressional approval.
