Dems definitely facilitated this. From not fighting hard enough to get Ginsberg out, to not fighting to get a new justice in under Obama , to acquiescing at each conservative appointment, not enforcing consequences for impeachment, not punishing the J6’ers, to Biden not using immunity to lock him up
