Oh, absolutely. Mints come in so many different forms, so mint alone offers quite a few tea options.

I haven't done it myself - but dandelion root and the purple cone flower echinacea are other popular teas.

I'll have you know that I spent HOURS this weekend out in the wild identifying plants with this bad boy: National Audubon Society Field Guide to Wildflowers.

It was absolutely magical.
