I'm pretty sure what he really wanted to say was, "It could have been worse," as he did immediately after Uvalde where he praised nearly 400 LEOs for standing around for 77 minutes.

I, too, was looking for that and there isn't a date listed. From what I can tell, it's mostly a lot of "realleging" of everything from the 2020 indictment with a sprinkling of things from from 2022-2025.

I had to look up how many voters participated in recent elections in Dallas County (column 3). That anyone would think these could be hand-counted within the state timeline speaks to the performative intent.

What an outrageous list (which does not include "men".) Pretty much leaves grant writers with, "Money so kids can learn." I might need to go back and see if any of those words are on the list.
